When placing an order, the customer provides the data needed to fulfil it, including name, phone, email, address or courier office, selected model, quantity and, where applicable, color and a note to the order.

After receiving the request, the Trader may contact the customer by phone or email to confirm the order, availability, the delivery address or office and other necessary details.

Submitting the form constitutes an order by the customer. The order is considered accepted by the Trader once the Trader has confirmed it.

The Trader reserves the right not to confirm an order in case of lack of availability, incomplete or obviously incorrect data, inability to contact the customer or another objective reason preventing its fulfilment.

Payment is made on receipt of the parcel by postal money order (cash on delivery), provided through the relevant licensed postal operator.

The customer pays the price of the ordered goods and the applicable delivery costs.

The Trader issues a sales document in accordance with applicable law.

Deliveries are made only within the Republic of Bulgaria.

Parcels may be sent via Econt, Speedy or another postal/courier operator stated on the website, depending on the options available at the time of the order.

Orders are processed and handed over to the selected courier within 1 to 3 business days after the order is confirmed.

The delivery time after the parcel is handed over to the courier depends on the terms and schedule of the respective operator.

In case of unforeseen delay, the Trader may contact the customer using the contact details provided.

The consumer must return the goods without undue delay and within the statutory period after informing the Trader of the withdrawal.

The consumer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Where the right of withdrawal is validly exercised, the Trader reimburses the payments received from the consumer, including the costs of the standard initial delivery where these are refundable under the law, no later than 14 days from being informed of the withdrawal.

If the consumer chose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by the Trader, the additional costs above the standard delivery are not reimbursed.
